By attending our Menu Tasting Event you will be able to sample an amazing culinary experience by our wonderfully talented Chef Guy!

You will also be able to view the entire venue and see what your reception room might look like the day of your special day or event!

We will also be raffling some special prizes from single centerpieces from HollyHock Flowers to gift cards from Capital Craftsman and Romance Jewelers!

Appetizers:

Mini Seafood Wellington

Shrimp, scallops and lobster in a Newburg sauce wrapped in puff pastry.

Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

Fresh scallops wrapped in bacon, baked, and brushed with a maple syrup glaze.

Baked Crostini- Apple & Cheddar

Sharp cheddar cheese, caramelized onion and sliced apple

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

as featured on our Mediterranean Display

Antipasto Skewers

Fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and marinated artichoke drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Focaccia Pizza- Spinach

Marinated grilled chicken,oven roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic, fresh spinach and rosemary with fresh mozzarella and shaved parmesan.

Salad:

Spinach Salad

Fresh baby spinach with sliced white mushrooms, red onions, red peppers, tomatoes, grated hard boiled egg, bacon bits and grated blended cheeses.

Entrees:

Apple Harvest Chicken

Grilled chicken breast with apple, cranberry and sage stuffing with an apple cider glaze.

Roast Tenderloin with a wild mushroom sauce

Chef hand-carved tenderloin, served with a red wine & wild mushroom sauce.

Prime Rib served with Au jus

Chef hand-carved, slow roasted prime rib, served with au jus.

Roast Pork

Herb-rubbed, center cut boneless pork, served with a fresh rosemary sauce & caramelized onions.

Chicken Tuscany (Fun Fact: Chef Guy created this sauce specifically for President Clinton!)

Marinated grilled chicken with roasted vegetables, prosciutto and basil with a Chianti wine sauce.

Grilled Salmon –Orange Sesame

Orange ginger glaze
